Villa Plein Ciel is built on one level and faces east from its perch on the hillside overlooking Marigot.
The sweeping 180° view takes in the bay, the islands and the ocean.
The living area opens out onto the 4x12m swimming pool and the ocean on one side, and the peaceful Asian style garden on the other.  There are several small lounge areas allowing you to enjoy the changing light throughout the day.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped; a bar separates it from the dining room.
On the terrace there is a second dining area facing the pool and the ocean.
The villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms.
The master bedroom has direct access to a heated Jacuzzi; it also has a safe, a large desk, and an en-suite bathroom.
The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom.

A further extension to the vast living room is a covered terrace with its outside dining area, large deck and deck chairs, and a 4x12m swimming pool (perfect for doing lengths).

East-facing, the swimming pool and terrace are bathed in sunlight all day long.
At sunset and sunrise, warm light flows in throughout the house.
At night the adjustable lighting system allows you to choose the atmosphere you want.

The spacious living room is separated from the kitchen by a bar and opens onto the terrace and swimming pool on one side, and an inner courtyard garden on the other side.
It is made up of the dining room, 2 main lounges (a TV lounge and a lounge facing the ocean) and two reading corners.
The opening onto the Asian-style garden, which backs onto the hillside, provides a tranquil haven away from the force of the ocean on the poolside.
